Meet Our Dedicated Team

Berry Sanders

Managing director Solidflows Managing Director. He has more than 30 years of experience in aerospace, defence and other high tech business, of which more than 25 years in propulsion, igniters, and gas generators. Berry has been working on Cool Gas Generators since 2001 and was a major driver in their development and commercialization. He was manager of the hardware development of Cool Gas Generators and worked on the Proba-2, Delfi N3xT and Inflatesail satellites that demonstrated the technology in space. Next to the overall responsibility for the company and his technical work, Berry is responsible for Business development and acquisition of new projects. Berry has a MSc in Aerospace Engineering from the Delft University of technology and a MBA in Strategic Marketing Management from the NCOI Business School. Berry is also a Certified Pyrotechnic Engineer.

Armanda Hogedoorn

Technical director She has 20 years of experience in propulsion and gas generators. Armanda has experience in developing and testing various types of gas generators and igniters. For example, Armanda has led the testing of the Vinci Igniter at TNO teststand. Furthermore, she is an accomplished system engineer. She is currently leading the team that performs the CGG grain development at HDES. Armanda has a BSc in Aircraft Engineering and Certificates in Astronomy and Spaceflight. Next to her technical work, Armanda is responsible for all financial and administrative matters in the company.
